Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Was a great spot. The employees working were working hard but very understaffed. Restaurant was not clean.

Dirty. Staff could have wiped down the serving counter and picked up all the dropped napkins. I get it was busy but they kept sliding everyone’s order across a dirty serving counter. Gross!

Not sure how this location gets a higher rating than other locations. Staff is not friendly; they’re under staffed. Bathrooms are dirty as are the floors. Water fountains don’t work. Asked for water and it was taken from a sink tap. Charged double tax. Location is nice but that’s about it. Where’s the manager?

I have been here many times. I would say this is best branch of all Oberwise stores in the suburbs area. The vanilla Sunday is one of the best here. If you are a diary lover I highly recommend trying the Oberwise Whole milk can.

We had Hot Chocolate Fudge and Swet Lime with Blackberry Jam Icecream and Chocolate Milk for Takeaway. Amazing place to Chill with Friends and it's very much a Kid Friendly Place. Loved the Hospitality of the Staff.. Surely going again!
